A travel protection plan is a package of benefits and services intended to protect your travel investment, your belongings, and most importantly, you. Most plans provide benefits for:

Trip Cancellation

Reimburses your non-refundable travel arrangements if you must cancel your trip for a covered reason prior to departure.

Trip Interruption

Reimburses your unused travel arrangements if you must interrupt or return home early from your trip for a covered reason.

Medical Expenses

Pays medical expenses and emergency transportation costs for a covered sickness or injury occurring during your trip.

Missed Connection

Covers additional expenses incurred for alternate travel arrangements when a flight connection is missed due to reasons such as bad weather or mechanical issues.

Travel Delay

Covers additional expenses incurred for meals and accommodations when you have a flight delay. Generally, your delay must be 8 or 12 hours or more.

Baggage Loss

Covers loss or damage to your baggage or personal items or the cost of buying toiletries or personal articles if your baggage is delayed for a specified amount of time, such as 12 or 24 hours or more.
